Dr. Knight provides face-to-face and telephone consultation for an array of topics with individuals, groups, and/or organizational executive level leaders. This is a multicultural education teacher preparation camp, designed and implemented by Dr. Knight. The main goal of C-RTC is to enthrall teachers into an adult education program in which they receive extensive support for effectively aligning industry requirements and standards with multicultural education practices and principles. Achievement of these program objectives will support them in their efforts associated with improving cross-cultural relationships, implementing culturally responsive instruction, and developing foundational knowledge, skillsets, understanding, and habits for working effectively with colleagues, communities, families, individuals, and learners with backgrounds and worldviews different from and similar to their own. Dr. Knight offers culturally responsive professional development opportunities online, on and off site, and within various establishments throughout communities. She serves as a facilitator for group or organizational retreats and strategic planning, a keynote speaker and workshop presenter at professional conferences, and a moderator for critical race conversations. Sample customers, to name a few, include Associated Recreation Council (ARC), City of Seattle Emergency Management, International Women Forum (IWF), North Seattle College, Our Beginning Child Development Center, University of Washington, Volunteers of America, and YWCA of King County.
