ABOUT DSK-CRES
VISION
Via a race and social justice lens, human service providers habitually, responsibly, and successfully deliver research-based education and/or services to diverse populations of customers, employees, and/or learners.
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of DSK-CRES is to support the development of human service professionals by engaging them in holistic (body, culture, mind, and spirit) learning development that leads to in-depth understanding of themselves as interdependent multicultural beings.
MISSION
The business of DSK-CRES is to provide culturally relevant and culturally responsive assessments, consultation, simulated classrooms, and professional development (camps, coaching, facilitation, leadership development, retreats, training, etc.) opportunities.
IMPACT
Diverse populations of learners are engaged in meaningful education experiences and are meeting or exceeding academic, cultural, and social outcomes, families are self-determined and thriving in affordable and healthy communities, and educators are routinely implementing high quality customer service and culturally relevant and responsive educational services
OUTCOMES
Human Service Professionals discover their passion and understand its association with diligently pursuing purpose, mastering their craft, taking care of themselves and becoming multicultural beings and culturally competent service providers

Alexis McCamey
Executive Assistant
Alexis McCamey is the Executive Assistant for DSK-Culturally Responsive Educational Services, LLC (DSK-CRES). Through the lens of race and social justice, she assists Dr. Sharon Knight (DSK) with the order of business and supports the sustainment of our vision, mission, and values.
Alexis aspires to be a child psychologist and is now attending Seattle University to obtain her bachelor’s degree and after, her master’s in psychology. Along the way, Alexis wants to deepen her understanding of children and the mission of DSK-CRES so she can take what she has learned and apply it to her own profession as a child psychologist.
Alexis’s Hobbies includes dancing, singing, and caring for young children. She aspires to support as many children as possible and connect them to resources they will need to thrive as adults; mentally and physically.
Aris Web Solutions
Technical Support
Having a passion for all things creative, Shenise Arrington established her brand, Aris Web Solutions in 2004 as a web development programming, consulting and marketing firm. Over the years, her small business has broadened its scope to include networking, social media marketing and technical support.
Aris Web Solutions has worked with various industry sectors including non-profits, childcare centers and lighting and electrical tradesmen. Focusing on forming relationships with small businesses only, Aris Web Solutions has currently forged an exclusive relationship with DSK-CRES, LLC. Aris Web Solutions continues to fuel its creative passion by helping to bring the creative vision of DSK-CRES to life on the Internet and major social media outlets.
When not being creative, Shenise likes to do logic puzzles or any activity that challenges her mind.
